School Social Committee

Call for Committee members

Want to play a part in where and how to party?? Become involved with the School Social Committee 2008.

The School of Paediatrics and Reproductive Health supports a School Social Committee that encourages social interaction within and between members of both Disciplines. The School provides the Social Committee with funding to assist organisation of these always enjoyable and well attended events.

The Social Comittee consists of volunteers from both Disciplines and from all sites. The committee decides on the events for the year (there were four fabulous ones for 2007) and possible dates. A co-ordinator is actively sought for each event and with help from the Social Committee and other people will organise, publicise and run the event.

The first event for the year traditionally is planned for early April so a School Social Committee formed by mid February would be ideal.

This is an enjoyable group to work with, tasks are shared, time commitment is small while outcomes are greatly appreciated across the School.

Contact Mick Guerin (8303 8167 or Email ) as soon as possible if you want to be part of the School Social Committee or help with any of the events for 2008.

Dates and events for 2008 will be posted on the website after the first Social Committee meeting.
