• Research: The major research interest is in alcohol and drug dependence, covering both basic and clinical research with my current projects-:
  
1. Clinical pharmacology of maintenance opioid pharmacotherapies (methadone, buprenorphine etc.)
2. Pain and analgesia in opioid-maintained patients
3. Treament of opioid dependence
4. Pharmacology of substituted amphetamines.
