Rising Star Award

In March 2008, Ming Yeong won the Rising Star award in conjunction with the International Nursing Research Conference in Kuching, Malaysia. There were six main awards given to nurses in Malaysia who had contributed to the development and advancement of nursing. Ming Yeong was awarded for her contribution to diabetes education in Malaysia.

NURSING & HEALTH EXPO - ADELAIDE

The Royal College of Nursing (Australia) is holding a Nursing & Health Expo in Adelaide in May 2007.

Date:	6 May 2007
Venue:	Adelaide Convention Centre

The Discipline of Nursing and the Royal Adelaide Hospital will be sharing a booth on the day and invite you to come and meet our staff and ask more about our programs and research.

NURSING & MIDWIFERY EXCELLENCE AWARDS

The Department of Health is holding the 2007 Nursing & Midwifery Excellence Awards Dinner at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Friday 11 May 2007. Several members from the Discipline of Nursing have been nominated for awards.
